Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years district manager or multi-unit management experience
- Previous Wendy's district manager experience preferred
- Ability to relocate to Buffalo area with potential relocation assistance
- Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation
- Flexibility to work various days and shifts
- Consent to background, criminal, driving and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution and decision making skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years district manager or multi-unit management experience in high volume fast food or quick casual concepts
- Previous Wendy's district manager experience preferred
- Proven track record in financial management
- Strong skills in communication and interpersonal relations
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
- Customer service focused
- Ability to effectively resolve conflicts and make decisions
Job Duties
- Manage overall operational practices of 5-7 Wendy's locations
- Create and manage budgets
- Ensure food safety procedures compliance and take corrective actions
- Interview, hire, cross-train and discipline general managers and staff
- Conduct store visits to ensure quality, cleanliness and operational standards
- Coordinate with and report to senior management
- Lead and develop teams across multiple locations
