Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring brand standards, operational consistency, and exceptional guest experiences
  • Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams
  • support succession planning and talent growth
  • Drive district-level performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability initiatives
  • Lead and support new restaurant openings, stabilize underperforming locations, and implement best practices across the district
  • Partner with leadership teams to execute local marketing initiatives and strengthen community presence
  • Ensure all locations comply with company policies, labor laws, food safety standards, and health regulations
