Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years multi-unit experience in a regional or national quick service concept
  • Ability to work hands-on and coach staff directly
  • Strong motivation and self-direction
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • Skill in managing a budget and controlling costs
  • Ability to identify and act on business opportunities

Job Duties

  • Manage total operations and profit and loss of 5-8 restaurants
  • Coach and develop restaurant staff hands-on
  • Ensure adherence to operational and food quality standards
  • Monitor and manage financial performance and budgeting
  • Identify opportunities for business improvement and implement action plans
  • Foster a positive, productive work environment
  • Drive compliance with company policies and standards
