Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years multi-unit experience in a regional or national quick service concept
- Ability to work hands-on and coach staff directly
- Strong motivation and self-direction
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Skill in managing a budget and controlling costs
- Ability to identify and act on business opportunities

Job Duties
- Manage total operations and profit and loss of 5-8 restaurants
- Coach and develop restaurant staff hands-on
- Ensure adherence to operational and food quality standards
- Monitor and manage financial performance and budgeting
- Identify opportunities for business improvement and implement action plans
- Foster a positive, productive work environment
- Drive compliance with company policies and standards
