Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years restaurant management or similar operations leadership experience required
- Complimentary experience in training, health and safety, human resources, or facilities departments for multi-units a plus
- Multi-unit leadership experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent and or experience preferred
- Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours a week
- Food Safety Managers Certificate required
- Ability to handle high stress situations
- Excellent oral including public speaking and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- Ability to coach and motivate others to achieve area and corporate goals
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to partner with others to achieve results or resolution
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate and influence
- Places a value on diversity and shows respect for others
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, days and evenings
- Licensed to operate an automobile without hours of operations restrictions
- Must be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment weighing up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to bend, stoop, reach and lift
- Must meet any state, county or municipal regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
- Must be able to work around potentially hazardous chemicals
- Must have sufficient mobility to move and operate in confined work areas
- Must be able to observe staff and all aspects of restaurant operations
- Must be able to work inside and outside of the restaurant
- Must be able to operate the company point-of-sale system
- Must be able to drive, stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to travel frequently up to 75 percent including overnight stays and airline travel when applicable
- Must be able to tolerate extreme temperature changes in kitchen and freezer areas

Job Duties
- Assist in recruiting for all department manager, kitchen manager, and general manager positions
- Interview and approve all management hires
- Ensure stores meet company financial objectives by analyzing weekly results and initiating corrective action
- Build sales in each store and ensure all marketing and promotional plans are executed successfully
- Supervise the overall condition of each store's facilities to ensure daily cleanliness and proper operation of all equipment
- Implement correspondence from the corporate office in each store in a timely manner
- Mentor and develop all Store Managers
- Complete management performance reviews annually
- Ensure employee reviews, training, orientation, and onboarding new hire packets are properly completed
- Conduct routine store visits, visit letters, and audits as necessary
- Ensure ongoing management training and development
- Resolve all guest complaints favorably with assistance from Store Manager
- Recognize great employees and build on the mission statement to ensure that team members have a great place to work
