Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in K12/student nutrition environment preferred
  • Proven leadership with 5-10 years’ experience including P&L responsibility
  • Ability to demonstrate Aramark’s values
  • Strong financial acumen in profit/loss across multiple units
  • Experience leading large teams
  • Focused on business growth and client retention
  • Knowledge of operational management and financial performance
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and wage/hour regulations

Job Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution per USDA guidelines
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in K12/student nutrition environment preferred
  • Proven leadership experience including P&L responsibility in food and beverage industries
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with knowledge of management practices and client interaction
  • Ability to hire, assess, develop, and grow talent
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proven success in a repeatable business model including change and turnaround initiatives
  • Advanced degree in business or related field preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned units
  • Execute food and nutrition programs in K12 school districts focusing on growth, cost, and productivity
  • Lead large teams across multiple units to deliver exceptional service
  • Establish and maintain effective client and customer relationships
  • Build revenue and manage budgets while ensuring cost sensitivity
  • Lead managers in implementing labor and financial initiatives
  • Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations
