Job Requirements
- Associates or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Maintain a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Current ServSafe Certification
- Successful completion of age restricted alcohol and tobacco sales training
- Successful completion of UST training
- Able to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed by the employer

- Minimum of 5 years multi-unit retail experience preferred
- Convenience store experience preferred
- Minimum of 5 years store management experience within the company preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop management teams
Job Duties
- Achieve financial operating plan including controllable costs, sales projections, and operating profit for the district
- Manage operational systems and procedures to control store costs, shrink, and expenses
- Achieve short and long-term sales goals and execute action plans to maximize revenue
- Audit pricing, promotions, voids and waste periodically at each store and resolve issues
- Train and motivate management team to drive sales plans, programs and promotions
- Maintain communication with field operations and management including facilitating monthly meetings
- Coach and develop management teams and staff through feedback, performance evaluations, and training
- Lead customer service efforts by modeling behavior, handling complaints, and ensuring compliance with sales laws
- Support team with hands-on management and complete operational checklists and reports
- Ensure compliance to company policies, safety, and appearance standards
- Partner with maintenance for store cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Analyze competitive activity through surveys and reports
