Job Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must maintain a current valid unrestricted driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Current ServSafe Certification
- Successful completion of age restricted alcohol and tobacco sales training
- Successful completion of UST Training
- Ability to work varied hours, days, and shifts as needed
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must maintain high standards of moral and ethical conduct
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 5+ years multi-unit retail experience preferred
- Convenience store experience preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years store management experience within Parker’s preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Job Duties
- Achieve financial operating plan including controllable costs, sales projections, and operating profit for district
- Implement operational systems to control costs, shrink, and expenses
- Achieve short and long-term sales goals and develop action plans to maximize revenue
- Hold management accountable for expense control and inventory management
- Audit pricing, promotions, voids, and waste at stores and address issues proactively
- Take corrective action to prevent inventory losses due to theft or errors
- Maintain budget targets related to shrink, labor, supplies, cash, and lottery
- Enforce labor budgets based on labor model, sales history, and trends
- Collaborate with marketing to achieve sales and promotion objectives
- Train management team on sales plans and product launch implementations
- Oversee store visual merchandising and ensure compliance with plan-o-grams
- Build community relations to maintain brand reputation
- Communicate effectively with Director of Operations and Marketing
- Facilitate meetings with store leaders
- Assist in hiring and staffing
- Supervise development and performance of store leaders
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and corrective actions
- Lead by example in customer service and staff interactions
- Address customer complaints promptly
- Support hands-on management with store visits and operational oversight
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety practices
- Manage store maintenance and appearance through partnership with maintenance department
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
- Ensure proper documentation for payroll and labor laws
- Train employees on authorized purchasing
