Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • minimum five years culinary management experience
  • two years multi-site culinary management experience
  • experience in high volume production and catering
  • experience managing cost controls
  • ability to mentor and lead culinary teams
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Support multiple corporate dining accounts
  • teach, train and mentor chefs
  • drive innovation across all accounts
  • manage cost controls and expenditures
  • plan and create menus
  • manage inventory and purchasing
  • improve skill levels of chefs in the region
  • roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
  • develop strategies for enhancing customer experience
  • provide consistent food quality training programs
