Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary training
- Minimum of five years culinary management experience
- At least two years experience managing multiple culinary sites
- Experience in high volume production and catering
- Proven ability managing cost controls
- Ability to travel approximately 30 percent
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Provide culinary leadership across the Cincinnati market with approximately 30 percent travel
- Teach, train, and mentor chefs
- Drive innovation in all accounts
- Help chefs manage cost controls and expenditures
- Teach chefs how to plan and create menus
- Show chefs how to purchase and manage inventory
- Enhance the skill level of chefs in the region
- Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
- Develop and communicate strategies to improve customer experience
- Provide training programs to ensure consistent, high-quality food
