Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary training
  • Minimum of five years culinary management experience
  • At least two years experience managing multiple culinary sites
  • Experience in high volume production and catering
  • Proven ability managing cost controls
  • Ability to travel approximately 30 percent
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of culinary management experience
  • At least two years of multi-site culinary management experience
  • High volume production and catering experience
  • Experience managing cost controls
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company

Job Duties

  • Provide culinary leadership across the Cincinnati market with approximately 30 percent travel
  • Teach, train, and mentor chefs
  • Drive innovation in all accounts
  • Help chefs manage cost controls and expenditures
  • Teach chefs how to plan and create menus
  • Show chefs how to purchase and manage inventory
  • Enhance the skill level of chefs in the region
  • Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams
  • Develop and communicate strategies to improve customer experience
  • Provide training programs to ensure consistent, high-quality food
