Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Hold a valid DOT Medical Card
- Have a safe driving record with no motor vehicle violations
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating commercial box trucks
- Able to lift 50+ pounds multiple times per day
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work Saturday through Tuesday, second shift
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and regulations
- Willingness to contribute positively to team dynamics
Job Qualifications
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Experience operating commercial vehicles including box trucks 16 ft and 23 ft
- Minimum 2 years of box truck driving experience
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs multiple times per day
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Tech savvy
Job Duties
- Confidently and safely operate box truck sized 16 and 23 ft and larger for consistent routes across the Northeast
- Work directly with the Distribution Supervisor and Operations Managers to ensure processes are followed and approach each day with new ideas for how to make systems work smoothly and efficiently
- Complete pre and post trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure product is securely stored for transport
- Assist with loading and unloading products
- Maintain communication regarding route progress and any issues
- Adhere to all safety standards and DOT regulations
