Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Basic computer proficiency including data entry and document management
- Capability to handle occasional physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work in an office and moderate noise warehouse environment
- Availability for travel as required by the position

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve issues promptly

Job Duties
- Collect and deposit funds at the Distribution Center securely handling cash, checks, and credit card processing according to policy
- Communicate product delays to sales teams and directly inform customers about delivery disruptions
- Ensure the facility maintains adequate supplies to support operational needs
- Process and pay vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Manage customer order processing, proactively escalating concerns and generating reports to resolve issues
- Execute resolutions promptly for delivery errors, managing phone escalations and system ticket responses
- Identify and correct errors in deposits made by drivers throughout the day
- Manage customer service and operations efficiently within the CPU area
- Adhere to document management practices through various systems
- Verify and complete daily processes outlined in operational procedures ensuring accuracy and compliance
