Job Requirements
- prefer some experience in human resources or recruiting
- must be detail oriented and able to perform multiple tasks during the workday
- ability to take direction, responsibility, ownership and work independently
- excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- proven skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- knowledge of Success Factors is a plus
- bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

Job Duties
- serve as key point of contact for People Services and general manager on distribution center staffing needs
- review daily and weekly department staffing requirements to develop solutions
- post open positions and execute recruiting strategies
- identify, screen and refer top talent to hiring managers
- assist hiring managers with interviews and selection process
- complete post-hire processes including drug screens, background checks, and physical assessments
- manage employee onboarding process
