Job Requirements

  • prefer some experience in human resources or recruiting
  • must be detail oriented and able to perform multiple tasks during the workday
  • ability to take direction, responsibility, ownership and work independently
  • excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • proven skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • knowledge of Success Factors is a plus
  • bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred

Job Duties

  • serve as key point of contact for People Services and general manager on distribution center staffing needs
  • review daily and weekly department staffing requirements to develop solutions
  • post open positions and execute recruiting strategies
  • identify, screen and refer top talent to hiring managers
  • assist hiring managers with interviews and selection process
  • complete post-hire processes including drug screens, background checks, and physical assessments
  • manage employee onboarding process
