Job Duties

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians for emergency services and restoration projects
  • Maintain communication with clients to provide updates on service status
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and filing
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain an organized and efficient dispatch system
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed for service delivery
  • Support marketing efforts by promoting services to potential clients
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
