Job Requirements

  • detail-oriented and able to perform with minimal supervision
  • able to handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • excellent radio and telephone skills
  • able to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand, and bend throughout shift
  • able to lift, carry, and hold up to 75 lbs
  • pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • complete criminal background check
  • meet requirements to obtain security sensitive identification badge
  • be US citizen or have immigration authorization

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred
  • previous radio or phone dispatch experience desirable
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • good working knowledge of office software applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and data management
  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must have reliable telephone and transportation

Job Duties

  • Coordinate communications between the cabin service agent team and management and update the client and employees
  • ensure all data is recorded according to company procedures
  • work with client special services representatives to meet service requests
  • pull assignments or work orders from computer as needed
  • complete reports accurately and timely
  • stay familiar with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
  • keep supervisor informed of needs and problems and maintain cleanliness of work area
  • escalate issues to operations manager immediately
  • deal courteously with employees and passengers
  • communicate effectively with fellow employees
  • maintain service transactions in cabin service tracking program or appropriate format
  • generate reports of service performance
  • respond to telephone and radio calls professionally
  • maintain and distribute radios where applicable
  • complete documentation and reports thoroughly and promptly
  • provide general information and directions to passengers
  • project positive image and respond courteously to inquiries
  • attend meetings and trainings
  • use proper communications channels and maintain records and files
  • adhere to uniform and identification badge policies
  • follow company policies and contribute to achievement of company objectives
  • utilize company and client resources effectively
  • perform other duties as requested
