Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a reliable telephone and transportation
- Treat all information as confidential
- Possess tact to deal with clients, employees, and public
- Follow verbal and written instructions
- Handle multiple situations simultaneously
- Able to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand, and/or bend throughout shift
- Able to lift, carry, or hold up to 75 lbs
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Must complete a criminal background check
- Must meet requirements to obtain security sensitive identification badge
- Must be U.S. citizen or have proper authorization from INS
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred
- Prior radio or phone dispatch experience desirable
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency in office software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and data management
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing
- Strong multitasking and detail orientation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent radio and telephone communication skills
Job Duties
- Coordinate communications with cabin service agent team and management
- Monitor and update client and employee notifications
- Record all data according to company procedures
- Generate and maintain reports of service performance
- Respond promptly to telephone and radio calls from client and employees
- Maintain and distribute radios and related equipment
- Provide general information and directions to passengers
- Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
- Escalate issues to operations manager immediately
- Attend meetings and training sessions as required
- Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance needs in work area
- Utilize communication channels effectively and keep accurate records
- Adhere to company dress code and badge visibility policies
- Employ company equipment and resources responsibly
- Perform other related duties as required
