Job Requirements

- Ability to work from verbal and written instructions

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable telephone and transportation
- Ability to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand, and bend during shift
- Ability to lift, carry, or hold up to 75 lbs

- Must meet requirements for security-sensitive identification badge
- Must be US citizen or have necessary immigration authorization
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred
- Previous radio/phone dispatch experience desirable
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Proficient in word-processing, spreadsheet, and data management software
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- Detail-oriented with minimal supervision
- Excellent radio/telephone skills
Job Duties
- Coordinate communications between cabin service agents and management
- Update and notify client and employees
- Record all data according to company procedures
- Work with client special services representatives to meet service requests
- Pull assignments or work orders from computer
- Complete reports accurately and timely
- Escalate issues to operations manager immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with employees and passengers
- Maintain and distribute radios
- Generate service performance reports
- Respond professionally to telephone and radio calls
- Provide general information and directions to passengers
- Attend meetings and inservices as required
- Adhere to company policies and regulations
