Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable telephone and transportation
  • Must be able to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand, and/or bend throughout the shift
  • Must be able to lift, carry, or hold up to 75 lbs
  • Must pass pre employment and random drug test
  • Must complete a criminal background check
  • Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
  • Must be a citizen of the US or possess necessary authorization from immigration and naturalization service
  • Must be able to work from verbal and written instructions
  • Must maintain confidentiality of information
  • Must communicate effectively in English
  • Must perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Must maintain proper uniform or business attire with visible identification badge

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous airport or customer service experience preferred
  • Previous radio or phone dispatch experience desirable
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Good working knowledge of office software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and data management
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English both verbally and in writing
  • Detail oriented with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent radio and telephone skills
  • Ability to treat all information as confidential
  • Tactful and professional demeanor when dealing with clients, employees, and the public

Job Duties

  • Coordinate communications to the cabin service agent team and management
  • Manage updates and notifications between clients and employees
  • Ensure all data is accurately recorded according to company procedures
  • Work closely with client special services representatives to meet service requests
  • Pull assignments or work orders from computer systems as needed
  • Complete accurate reports in a timely manner
  • Maintain familiarity and compliance with FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
  • Keep supervisors informed about needs and issues in assigned areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance needs in work area
  • Escalate operational issues to the operations manager promptly
  • Communicate courteously with employees, passengers, and client representatives
  • Maintain tracking and reporting of service transactions
  • Receive and respond professionally to telephone and radio communications
  • Manage radio devices and distribute as necessary
  • Provide general information and directions to passengers
  • Attend meetings and in-service training as required
  • Ensure proper uniform or business attire and visible identification badges
  • Adhere to company policies and participate in achieving company objectives
  • Use company and client resources efficiently
  • Perform other duties as assigned
