Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • must have a reliable telephone and transportation
  • ability to treat all information as confidential
  • possess tact to deal with all levels of situations
  • must be detail-oriented and perform with minimal supervision
  • must be able to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand, bend throughout the shift
  • must be able to lift, carry and/or hold up to 75 lbs
  • must pass pre-employment and random drug test
  • must complete a criminal background check
  • must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
  • must be a US citizen or possess necessary authorization from the immigration and naturalization service
  • identification badges must be visible at all times

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred
  • previous radio or phone dispatch experience desirable
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • working knowledge of office software applications including word-processing, spreadsheet, and data management
  • strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • ability to work from verbal and written instructions
  • excellent radio and telephone skills
  • attention to detail
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • professionalism and tact in dealing with clients, employees, and the public

Job Duties

  • Coordinate communications to the cabin service agent team and management
  • provide updates and notifications between the client and employees
  • ensure all data is recorded according to company procedures
  • work with client special services representatives to ensure all service requests are met
  • pull assignments or work orders from computer as needed
  • prepare and submit reports accurately and timely
  • escalate issues to operations manager immediately
  • maintain cleanliness of work area and report maintenance needs
  • communicate effectively with employees and client representatives
  • maintain and distribute radios where applicable
  • respond to telephone and radio calls promptly
  • provide general information and directions to passengers
  • attend meetings and inservices as required
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • perform other duties as requested
