Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Previous radio and phone dispatch experience desirable
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Good working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, and data management software
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Reliable telephone and transportation number
  • Treat all information as confidential
  • Possess tact with clients, employees, and public
  • Follow verbal and written instructions
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Manage multiple situations simultaneously
  • Excellent radio and telephone skills
  • Physical ability to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand, and/or bend
  • Able to lift, carry, or hold up to 75 lbs
  • Pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Complete criminal background check
  • Eligible to obtain a security sensitive identification badge
  • US citizenship or valid INS authorization

Job Duties

  • Coordinate communications between cabin service agents and management
  • Provide updates and notifications between client and employees
  • Record all data according to company procedures
  • Work with client special services to fulfill service requests
  • Generate and complete reports accurately and timely
  • Maintain cleanliness and report maintenance issues in work areas
  • Escalate operational problems to management immediately
