Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • must have reliable telephone and transportation
  • treat all information as confidential
  • possess tact to deal with clients, employees and public
  • ability to work from verbal and written instructions
  • detail-oriented with minimal supervision
  • able to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand and/or bend throughout shift
  • able to lift, carry or hold up to 75 lbs
  • must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • complete criminal background check
  • meet requirements to obtain security sensitive identification badge
  • US citizen or authorized by INS
  • adhere to company and client regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred
  • previous radio/phone dispatch experience desirable
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • good working knowledge of office software applications
  • able to communicate clearly in English verbally and written
  • able to handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • excellent radio/telephone skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate communications to cabin service agent team and management
  • provide updates and notifications between client and employees
  • record all data according to company procedures
  • work with client special services representatives to ensure all service requests are met
  • generate and complete reports accurately and timely
  • maintain cleanliness of work area and report maintenance needs
  • escalate issues to operations manager immediately
