Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a reliable telephone and transportation
  • Treat all information as confidential
  • Possess tact to deal with all levels of situations
  • Ability to work from verbal and written instructions
  • Must be able to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand, bend throughout shift
  • Must be able to lift, carry and/or hold up to 75 lbs
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug test
  • Must complete criminal background check
  • Must meet requirements to obtain security sensitive identification badge
  • Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Previous radio / phone dispatch experience desirable
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Good working knowledge of office software applications
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Excellent radio/telephone skills
  • Ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Coordinate communications between cabin service agent team and management
  • Provide updates and notifications between the Client and employees
  • Ensure all data is recorded according to company procedures
  • Work with Client Special Services Representatives to meet service requests
  • Pull assignments or work orders from computer as needed
  • Create and generate reports of service performance
  • Receive and respond to telephone and radio calls professionally and timely
