Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable telephone and transportation
  • Ability to treat all information as confidential
  • Ability to deal tactfully with client representatives, employees, and public
  • Ability to work from verbal and written instructions
  • Must communicate clearly in English verbally and in writing
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Must handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • Excellent radio and telephone skills
  • Ability to lift, stoop, squat, push, stand, and bend throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, or hold up to 75 lbs
  • Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
  • Must complete a criminal background check
  • Must obtain a security sensitive identification badge
  • Must be a US citizen or have necessary immigration authorization

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous airport and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Previous radio and phone dispatch experience desirable
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Good working knowledge of office software applications such as word-processing, spreadsheets, and data management
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable telephone and transportation
  • Possess tact when dealing with various individuals
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Clear and concise English communication skills verbally and in writing
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously
  • Excellent radio and telephone skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate communications to the cabin service agent team and management
  • Provide updates and notifications between the client and employees
  • Ensure all data is recorded according to company procedures
  • Familiarize with and abide by all client and company regulations
  • Work with client special services representatives to ensure service requests are met
  • Pull assignments or work orders from computer systems as needed
  • Complete accurate and timely reports
  • Stay informed on FAA, TSA, airline, and company regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and report maintenance needs
  • Escalate issues to the operations manager immediately
  • Deal courteously and tactfully with employees, passengers, and client representatives
  • Communicate effectively with fellow employees
  • Maintain all service transactions in cabin service tracking programs or manual logs
  • Create and generate performance reports
  • Respond professionally to telephone and radio calls
  • Maintain and distribute radios
  • Provide general information and directions to passengers
  • Project a positive image
  • Attend meetings and in-services
  • Utilize appropriate communication channels and maintain records and files
  • Adhere to company policies and participate in achieving company objectives
  • Utilize company and client equipment conscientiously
  • Perform additional duties as requested
