Job Duties
- Create service calls requested via email or telephone calls from customers
- answer incoming telephone calls, direct the calls to the appropriate person and take accurate messages
- monitor dashboards and ticketing systems
- assist service managers with updating clients as needed on status of jobs and/or requests
- assist with special projects and support other admin staff
- dispatch calls to the appropriate technician based on geographical location and technician skillset
- submerge into the Cook Solutions Group culture which is taking care of the customer and We make it happen motto
- perform other related duties as required and assigned
