Job Duties
- Monitor and communicate need for security services throughout assigned area
- Manage and respond to calls and/or alarms and initiate immediate response
- Coordinate and/or dispatch staff in response to requests for service
- Retrieve recorded documentation as required
- Monitor the activities of persons on the premises by way of surveillance systems and communications
- Initiate communication with team leader/manager when additional staffing support is necessary and assist with resolution of those issues
- May be responsible and accountable for hiring, training, supervision and performance appraisals of security shift employees
