- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- valid Driver's License
- ability to obtain airport security clearance
- 2+ years of related experience in customer service or dispatching
- availability to work day or nightshift including weekends and holidays

- 2+ years of related experience with data entry, scheduling workloads, and processing work orders
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- basic proficiency with computers and common software applications
Job Duties
- Coordinate customer service needs with onsite maintenance teams
- handle phone inquiries, enter work orders, and maintain accurate CMMS records
- schedule technicians efficiently, maximizing resource utilization
- serve as primary contact for customers and vendors
- generate operational reports and recommend efficiency improvements
- comply with company safety protocols and collaborate effectively in a diverse environment
