Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4+ years experience in fast-paced operations center or call center environments
- excellent reliability and onsite attendance
- strong client service and phone communication skills
- demonstrated professionalism and business maturity in an office environment
- solid Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency
- ability to assert ownership for projects and assigned activities and meet deadlines

Job Duties
- coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips
- optimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platforms
- monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
- escalate issues to field operations or clients when appropriate
- maintain up-to-date and accurate records in our internal systems
- communicate professionally with field management and other team members
- work 100% onsite at the Lenexa, KS command center
