Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 plus years experience in dynamic, fast-paced operations center or call center environments
  • excellent reliability and onsite attendance
  • strong client service and phone communication skills
  • demonstrated professionalism and business maturity in an office environment
  • solid Microsoft Office proficiency
  • ability to work 100 percent onsite at Lenexa, KS command center

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips
  • optimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platforms
  • monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
  • escalate issues to field operations or clients when appropriate
  • maintain up-to-date and accurate records in internal systems
  • communicate professionally with field management and other team members
  • work 100 percent onsite at Lenexa, KS command center
