Job Duties
- routing local freight
- dispatching drivers
- performing dock checks
- tracking shipments using MyAIT and AS400 systems
- coordinating with dock staff to ensure freight movement
- providing customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- prioritizing and coordinating urgent shipments
- assigning driver load planning based on local mapping and appointments
- maintaining timely and accurate shipment documentation
- performing other duties as business demands
