Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of dispatch experience in transportation or logistics
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency with GPS and tracking software
- ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
- willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain composure in fast-paced, time-sensitive situations
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of dispatch experience (transportation, logistics, or similar)
- 4+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume setting
- excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- proficient with GPS/tracking software and Microsoft Office
- ability to remain calm and decisive in fast-changing situations
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- some college preferred
- bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Job Duties
- Coordinate and monitor trip schedules to ensure on-time performance and compliance
- communicate directly with drivers, airline crew members, and operations control center in real time
- track vehicle locations via GPS and geofencing software
- adjust routes and dispatch assignments based on changing flight conditions
- handle high call volumes with professionalism and urgency
- accurately document calls, incidents, and schedule updates
- uphold company values of safety, integrity, teamwork, growth, and raving fan service
