  • 0-2 years’ experience in dispatching or related aviation experience
  • or minimum 5 years’ experience in dispatching or related aviation experience in lieu of a degree

Job Duties

  • Receive and process flight requests for demonstrations, transportation, and training, ensuring aircraft and crew availability while optimizing schedules for efficiency
  • Serve as the primary liaison between flight crews, sales teams, and support staff to confirm trip details and coordinate with maintenance and line service for aircraft readiness
  • Monitor maintenance and inspection requirements, collaborating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and keep the flying schedule on track
  • Plan and manage aircraft schedules for air shows, photo missions, and international tours, including coordinating off-site transportation and lodging for personnel
  • Oversee dispatch and flight following for all company flights, maintaining real-time communication with crews and responding quickly to operational needs or emergencies
  • Update flight data, fuel receipts, and trip expenses post-flight, and assist with pilot training schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
