Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4+ years of experience in dynamic, fast-paced operations center or call center environments
- excellent reliability and attendance
- strong client service and communication skills
- professionalism and business maturity
- proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- ability to manage projects and meet deadlines

- solid Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency
- asserts ownership for projects and assigned activities, meets deadlines
Job Duties
- Coordinate and ensure timely coverage of driver trips
- optimize driver trip coverage options across multiple technology and dispatch platforms
- monitor trip accuracy and provide support where needed
- escalate issues to field operations or clients when appropriate
- maintain up-to-date and accurate records in internal systems
- communicate professionally with field management and other team members
- work onsite 100% in the Lenexa, KS command center
