Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of professional office experience or relevant skills
- Ability to proficiently use a computer
- Experience answering a multi-line phone system
- Ability to pass a background study
- Current, valid driver’s license in good standing unless otherwise approved
- Current, valid personal automobile insurance unless otherwise approved
- Exceptional, courteous, and effective communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to read and navigate maps
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under stress
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Daily use of computer and office equipment
- Occasional bending, squatting, or reaching
- Occasional lifting of items up to 20 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of professional office experience or demonstrated computer proficiency
- Experience using multi-line phone systems
- Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Ability to read and navigate maps
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Fluency in one or more additional languages preferred
- Some post-high school education preferred
Job Duties
- Communicate with customers to schedule and dispatch bus operators
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely transportation for clients
- Maintain and complete documentation and administrative tasks
- Operate multi-line phone systems to manage client and operator communication
- Navigate maps to assist with dispatch routes
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
