Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- pass a background check and drug test
- computer literacy in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills in English
- ability to multitask and manage stressful situations
- strong organizational skills
- professional demeanor and positive attitude

Job Duties
- be proficient and trained in Avtech dispatch software
- administrate, control and monitor Avtech Dispatch software to coordinate wheelchair passenger requests between the team, clients, and passengers
- handle phone and radio traffic
- timely dispatch wheelchair attendants and monitor through Avtech incoming client requests for service
- ensure that team signs in/out assigned tablets
- ensure that breaks and lunch periods are coordinated and documented in Avtech
- coordinate with manager and supervisors that wheelchair attendants secure/lock wheelchairs in the designated area
- practice open and continuous communication and value keeping others well informed
- establish and maintain effective relationships with team and clients
- promote awareness and education of Wheelchair Agents that they are responsible and accountable for safety
- ensure all wheelchair services are registered in Avtech and report to the manager any inconsistencies or any agents not using the tablet properly
- assist in the preparation of employee schedules through Celayix scheduling platform
- make necessary revisions of employee schedule and ensure schedules are up to date
- work closely with Management team to keep flight schedules and requests always updated
- maintain clean and organized workplace
