Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Be proficient and trained in Avtech Dispatch Software
  • Administrate, control and monitor AvTech Dispatch software to coordinate wheelchair passenger requests between the team, clients, and passengers
  • Handle phone and radio traffic
  • Timely dispatch wheelchair attendants and monitor through Avtech incoming client requests for service
  • Ensure that team signs in/out assigned tablets
  • Ensure that breaks and lunch periods are coordinated and documented in AvTech
  • Coordinate with manager and supervisors that wheelchair attendants secure/lock wheelchairs in the designated area
  • Practice open and continuous communication and value keeping others well informed
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with team and clients
  • Promote awareness and education of Wheelchair Agents that they are responsible and accountable for safety
  • Ensure all wheelchair services are registered in AvTech and report any inconsistencies or improper tablet use to manager
  • Assist in the preparation and revision of employee schedules through Celayix scheduling platform
  • Work closely with Management team to keep flight schedules and requests updated
  • Maintain clean and organized workplace
