Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of related experience preferred
- Ability to comply with FAA fuel regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain detailed records and reports
- Flexibility to work varying schedules
- Physical ability to perform job tasks including lifting up to fifty pounds
- Commitment to adhere to company policies
Job Qualifications

- One year of related experience preferred
- Familiarity with FAA regulations and flight scheduling
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including students, instructors, and maintenance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional conduct and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Authorize and regulate flights according to government and company regulations
- Request fuel, oil, and deicing services in line with FAA regulations
- Guide students in scheduling flight operations and aircraft utilization
- Conduct arrival and end-of-day inspections for security
- Schedule, plan, and control aircraft dispatch and report schedule changes
- Review documentation for flight release including financial verification
- Coordinate with instructors and maintenance teams to ensure flight readiness and compliance
- Maintain logs and prepare reports of flights, delays, and cancellations
- Enforce Student Code of Conduct and maintain professional dispatch area
- Work a flexible schedule as required
- Ensure compliance with Spartan policies related to flight and dispatch operations
