- previous experience in HVAC dispatching or scheduling
- proficiency in Sage Field Operations or similar software
- strong organizational skills

- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- problem-solving abilities to resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns

- previous experience in dispatching or scheduling within HVAC or related industry
- proficiency in Sage Field Operations or similar field service management software

Job Duties
- work in a fast-paced environment and dynamic team environment
- collaborate with the plumbing dispatcher closely
- arrive on time to answer questions and redirect technicians in emergencies
- encourage technicians to start their first calls promptly
- manage the weekly and daily dispatch board
- serve as tier 2 support for customer service inquiries and escalations
- dispatch HVAC technicians and plumbers with required information and resources
- coordinate between dispatchers to optimize technician assignments
- maintain real-time job tracking within Sage Field Operations
- issue purchase orders for on-demand calls
- communicate effectively with customers regarding appointments and updates
- monitor and optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency
- address scheduling conflicts, delays, and service disruptions proactively
- provide daily operational and administrative support to technicians and service team
