Job Requirements
- Must be able to cover night shift from 2200 to 0600
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be U S citizen and legally authorized to work in the country where position is located
- valid driver license and a record meeting CAS insurance standards
- knowledge of business aviation FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance
- two years related experience preferred
- advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Project Access and PowerPoint
- excellent communication skills
- experience in call and email handling
- strong project management skills
- familiarity with contract documents
- incredible organizational skills
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years related experience preferred
- knowledge and understanding of business aviation FAA regulations and aircraft maintenance

Job Duties
- Plan organize and manage internal crew scheduling to align with flight arrivals
- maintain operational reliability
- establish and maintain professional rapport with organization clientele
- implement and coordinate emergency procedures for aircraft arrival delays manpower shortages or absenteeism
- maintain and review computerized or manual records
- track data use agreements
- review tool and equipment inventory
- oversee and coordinate scheduled maintenance
- assist in maintaining resources such as resumes training and project descriptions
- input progress updates on maintenance schedules
- process electronic timecards for LAX team
- collect organize and distribute project close-out documents
- facilitate distribution of documentation plans and reports
- assist team members with shipping receiving inventory procurement and general office administration
- support HR with hiring onboarding and facilitating DOD Security Clearance process
- communicate with clear direction
- support and strengthen the mission values and culture of CAS
- perform other responsibilities as needed
