Job Duties
- be the go-to support for delivery teams
- receive dispatch info and respond to breakdowns, delays, and customer inquiries
- build strong relationships with drivers, transportation team, and customers
- create efficient, cost-effective delivery routes
- keep detailed logs and records
- tackle other duties as assigned during the 4-day workweek
