Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years work experience
- At least 2 years experience managing employees or 1 year experience with WillScot
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Customer service experience via phone and email
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Preferred experience in logistics and route planning
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Salesforce
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle telematics
- Experience working with vendors on pricing and schedules
Job Qualifications

- 2 years work experience
- 2 years experience managing one or more employees
- OR 1 year of experience with WillScot
- Microsoft Office experience including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working directly with customers by phone and email
- Strong customer service orientation with active listening and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow direction and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to build sustainable relationships and trust with vendors through proactive communication
- Ability to manage multiple changing priorities effectively
- Preferred qualifications include 3 years logistic experience, scheduling, route planning and optimization skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems or other contact management platforms
- Salesforce experience
- Knowledge of DOT compliance and vehicle telematics
- Familiarity with Hours of Service regulations, Electronic Logging Devices, and permitting
- Experience negotiating pricing and schedules with outside vendors
Job Duties
- Conduct business in compliance with all environmental health and safety policies
- Conduct periodic safety meetings and update safety documents and logs
- Manage employee health and safety through safe workplace initiatives, training, observations, and assessments
- Assign tasks and daily duties to drivers, field service technicians, setup crews, transportation coordinators, and branch coordinators
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly logistics priorities and develop dispatch plans for deliveries and pick-ups
- Schedule and assign in-house or vendor drivers to support on-time delivery and installation profit margins
- Create and receive purchase orders for transport vendors and arrange permits, pilot cars, and escorts as needed
- Coordinate employees, vendors, and contractors for timely completion of installations and removals
- Monitor digital tracking systems to update orders, schedules, and communicate with customers and vendors
- Ensure drivers collect proper documentation and signatures for deliveries and pick-ups
- Document vehicle damages and monitor maintenance and DVIR files
- Ensure completion and filing of all required paperwork
- Assist drivers with scheduling or route changes and manage customer communications for scheduling and site readiness
- Define and maintain office administrative procedures and act as a local coordinator for payroll, accounts payable/receivable, purchase orders, filing, and reception duties
- Conduct performance discussions and training with team members
- Review driving safety coaching and take appropriate action
- Perform other duties as assigned
