Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dispatch or logistics preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Valid driver’s license
- Open availability
- Ability to operate communication technology
- Commitment to safety protocols

Job Duties
- Monitor catering schedules to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to outbound aircraft
- Communicate by phone and radio with drivers and customers
- Formulate plan for shift and communicate with supervisors and drivers
- Complete dispatch sheets and correct aircraft numbers, flights, times, and trucks
- Maintain callback logs for later flights
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Coordinate with team members to address operational issues promptly
