Job Requirements
- High school diploma or greater
- 1+ year of customer experience
- 2+ years of experience using Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- History of prioritizing tasks and multitasking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly proficient at using Microsoft Office products
- Must comply with all company security and data protection policies and procedures
- Incumbent must be eligible for DoD personal security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required due to government contract requirements
- Ability to work overtime on and off shifts as required
- Available 24/7 on call for problem resolution
- Able to work varied schedules including days, nights, weekends
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable in office and manufacturing facility environments

Job Duties
- Ensure that the aircraft and crews are properly dispatched
- Provide the crews with the aircraft binder and keys
- Contact the proper flight lead for aircrew no-shows
- Ensure maintenance has the aircraft binders for non-airworthy aircraft
- Provide support for emergency and overdue aircraft
- Document flight cancellations for proper tracking
- Make day of changes including reflowing flights due to weather, maintenance, illness, etc.
- Coordinate and resolve aircraft meter discrepancies with Lead Dispatcher/Chief of Scheduling or maintenance
- Verify that all student grade sheets are completed and entered prior to the end of the shift
- Provide reports to program managers including daily activity summaries and daily OPSUM reports
- Assist in entering cancellation information into the MFT System
- Perform other dispatch functions
- Train new Program Management team members on the use of MFT and dispatch procedures
- Ensure that dispatch policies and procedures are current and revised as necessary
- Ensure all dispatch personnel are trained and capable of following safety procedures and notification protocols
