Job Duties
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers
- Schedule and dispatch resources such as team members, crews/teams, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests and work orders
- Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources based on schedules and client needs
- Oversee all communications within assigned areas
- Receive, prepare, and manage work orders and work schedules
- Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work performed, inventory, and dispatch information
- Recognize and mitigate issues within the department and address questions or problems with clients and supervising personnel
- Monitor resources and utilization to coordinate services for optimal efficiency
- Compile statistics and progress reports
- Monitor daily services and provide updates
- Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
