Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work Sunday and Monday from 6:00am to 4:30pm
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to use radios, telephones, and computers for dispatching
- Adherence to safety, security and compliance standards
- Military veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older

- One year of multi-line reception or dispatching experience preferred
- Ability to operate radios, telephones, and computers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work under pressure

Job Duties
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers
- Schedule and dispatch resources including team members, crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations based on customer requests or needs
- Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and schedules
- Oversee all communications within assigned areas
- Receive or prepare work orders and work schedules
- Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work performed, inventory, and dispatch information
- Recognize and mitigate issues encountered within the department and coordinate with clients or supervising personnel
