Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • No prior experience required
  • Ability to work Sunday and Monday from 6:00am to 4:30pm
  • Willingness to undergo on-the-job training
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to use radios, telephones, and computers for dispatching
  • Adherence to safety, security and compliance standards
  • Military veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • No prior experience required
  • One year of multi-line reception or dispatching experience preferred
  • Ability to operate radios, telephones, and computers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and work under pressure
  • Military veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply

Job Duties

  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers
  • Schedule and dispatch resources including team members, crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations based on customer requests or needs
  • Ensure timely and efficient movement of resources according to work orders and schedules
  • Oversee all communications within assigned areas
  • Receive or prepare work orders and work schedules
  • Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work performed, inventory, and dispatch information
  • Recognize and mitigate issues encountered within the department and coordinate with clients or supervising personnel
