Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • two plus years of general work experience in an office or warehouse facility
  • one year of experience directing the work of others
  • able to drive on the ramp with a valid driver’s license and be 21 or older
  • able to multi-task in a hectic environment
  • detail oriented
  • able to keep calm in a high pressure environment
  • able to work with a minimum of supervision
  • able to make independent decisions
  • able to compile data from multiple sources with high accuracy
  • able to communicate status changes timely
  • driven to document and improve processes
  • able to develop rapport with major client
  • must be able to function in a warehouse environment
  • may be required to rotate between day and night shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • associate’s degree preferred
  • two plus years of general work experience in an office or warehouse facility
  • one year of experience directing the work of others
  • one to two years of shipping and receiving experience preferred
  • able to drive on the ramp with a valid driver’s license (must be 21 plus)
  • able to multi-task in a hectic environment
  • detail oriented
  • able to keep calm in a high pressure environment
  • able to work with a minimum of supervision
  • able to make independent decisions
  • able to compile data from multiple sources with a high degree of accuracy
  • able to communicate status changes to all parties in a timely manner
  • driven to document and improve processes
  • able to develop rapport with major client

Job Duties

  • Analyze data from custom computer screens and prepare driver run sheets for each flight
  • assign drivers to gates and flights
  • serve as the quality assurance specialist by ensuring contents of coolers and meals meet customer specifications
  • monitor driver’s kitchen departure times
  • track all flight, gate, meal order, and other changes in flights
  • serve as backup supervisor when needed by relaying changes to drivers, directing workflow, and resolving customer problems
  • check that drivers complete their run sheets accurately with all times, aircraft changes, service levels, and quantities meeting customer specifications
  • answer and log customer calls, concerns, and complaints and make recommendations to resolve ongoing issues
  • rotate periodically between scheduled shift and vacation relief shift
