Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- one to two years relevant work experience
- ability to speak, read, and write English
- Japanese language skills preferred
- knowledge of the tour industry and Japanese culture
- organizational ability to plan and assign driver activities
- proficiency with math and 10-key calculator
- valid Hawaii driver’s license with clean driving record
Job Qualifications

- valid Hawaii driver’s license with clean abstract
Job Duties
- receive, record, and distribute requests for transportation movements
- assign vehicles and jobs to drivers
- coordinate activities of operators to transport passengers according to schedule
- maintain log of scheduled runs, number of vehicles, and driver names
- monitor fleet movements using Saucon GPS system
- record vehicle and driver locations to inform departments
- receive reports of accidents, delays, and breakdowns
- report difficulties and dispatch orders to other departments
- dispatch extra vehicles and emergency crews to incidents
- record calls and emergencies and report accidents
- complete training in data input and additional shifts with minimal supervision
- assist with field and airport dispatching as needed
- perform other duties as required
