- Dispatch experience
- Flexible schedule including availability for day shifts
- Ability to work in high pressure situations

- Reliable commute or plan to relocate to Livingston, NJ 07039 before starting work
- Minimum 2 years dispatching experience
- Minimum 1 year transportation experience

- Experience in emergency medical dispatch preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology advantageous
Job Duties
- Coordinate the schedule of EMTs and First Responders during emergency and non-emergency transports
- Receive, prioritize and dispatch high volume of calls while determining the appropriate level of care
- Operate various computer systems to manage dispatch and communication
- Maintain clear and effective communication with medical personnel, drivers, and patients
- Manage emergency and non-emergency dispatch scenarios with efficiency and composure
- Document all dispatch activities accurately for record-keeping and compliance
