Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must have excellent verbal customer service and written communication skills
- Must be able to understand and follow customer specifications
- Must have open availability
- Ability to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week shifts
- Ability to operate communication devices such as smartphones, two-way radios, and tablets

Job Duties
- Monitor catering schedules to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to outbound aircraft
- Communicate by phone and radio with drivers and customers
- Formulate shift plans and communicate with supervisors and drivers
- Complete administrative tasks including dispatch sheet, correcting aircraft numbers, flights, times, and trucks
- Maintain call back log for later flights
- Perform additional duties as needed
