Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years previous customer service or dealing with the public
- 1+ year handling multiple phone lines
- software experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook and other Internet applications
- some experience using scheduling and/or reservation software
- cash handling experience
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- satisfactory completion of background investigation
- satisfactory completion of drug test
