Job Requirements
- Geographic and road knowledge of Broward, Dade and West Palm Beach counties
- Intermediate Windows and internet computer experience
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work full or part-time shifts including day, evening, morning, and weekends
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dispatching or related field preferred
- Knowledge of geographic and road networks in Broward, Dade, and West Palm Beach counties
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and internet applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Job Duties
- Dispatching vehicles and chauffeurs on assigned reservations in the greater Fort Lauderdale and Miami Metro area
- Coordinating schedules and routes to optimize efficiency
- Communicating promptly with chauffeurs and clients to resolve issues
- Monitoring real-time traffic and road conditions to adjust dispatch plans
- Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities
- Assisting in problem-solving and handling emergency situations
- Ensuring timely and professional service delivery
