Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
- Must be physically capable of pushing wheelchairs
- Must pass TSA and airport security screening for SIDA badge
- Availability to work weekends and evening shifts
- Ability to interact positively with diverse passenger populations
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have excellent customer service experience
- Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand English
- Must meet all requirements to receive airport SIDA badge and customs seal
- Able to work weekends and evening shifts
Job Duties
- Follow all safety precautions when pushing wheelchairs
- Interact with passengers in a positive and professional manner
- Assist passengers by providing directions and flight information
- Comply with TSA checkpoint screening requirements
- Safely transport passengers from gate to gate, curb to curb, or gate to curb
- Assist passengers at baggage claim as necessary
- Complete incident reports for accidents or unusual events
